Parsnip flapjack


After having my first ever 'savoury' flapjack (carrot & cheese)
I thought to try-it-at-home with a parsnip twist

- 150g oats; 115g cheddar; large parsnip; red onion; fennel seed; 
2 eggs; tbsp honey; salt & pepper; butter dabs
