Sfouf cake

... aka Lebanese turmeric polenta & semolina cake










250g semolina
100g polenta
tsp turmeric
almond essence
tsp baking powder
200g sugar
200ml sunflower oil
400 ml milk
sesame seeds
sliced almonds
tsp tahini (to grease baking tin)

gas mark 4 for 1 hour
